Refund Policy

How do I return an item?

15 Days Return Policy:

Snyder Keepsakes Responsibility:

​

  • If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a refund and/or an exchange.

  • We are not able to take the possible faulty or damaged item back due to the nature of the item for sanitation and safety concerns.

  • Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice.

2. Customers responsibility:

  • If the customer has ordered an incorrect product or simply wants to exchange the item, we can allow a return/exchange too.

  • Shipping charges for all returns and exchanges must be prepaid and insured by you.

  • If you ordered an item that you end up not liking, we are not able to issue a refund or return for that item, but we hope that you try something else from our small business that might be a better fit.

ADDRESS VERIFICATION:
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the addresses they provide. Snyder Keepsakes will not be held liable for any returned or forwarded package, failed deliveries, and automatic address corrections, as well as any fee or cost associated with these that is a result of an incorrect address.

RETURN POLICY:
In the unlikely event that a refund is requested, refunds must include proof of purchase and proof of damaged or faulty goods within 15 days from the date of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Additional Notes:
All shipping fees to return the item, and the original shipping fees, are non-refundable.
